This Privacy Policy explains how Next Level Energy Group LLC (“NLEG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with this website. Our principal place of business is located at One World Trade Center, 85th Floor, New York, NY 10007, USA. NLEG is the operator of, and the party responsible for, this website.
This website is an informational presence for our diversified group of businesses, spanning beverage, IT consulting, sports, manufacturing, entertainment, and real estate. It is not an online store. We do not sell products, process payments, or offer user accounts or logins through this website. This Policy applies only to this website and to information we receive through it.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
The only way you actively submit personal information through this website is by using our contact form. When you complete and submit that form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name (optional)
- The subject of your message
- The content of your message
- Your confirmation of the consent checkbox
The information you enter in the contact form is delivered to us by email. We do not store contact form submissions in a website database. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit this website, our web hosting provider may automatically record standard technical access information in server logs. Depending on the host’s configuration, this can include your IP address, your browser type and user agent, the date and time of your request, and the URL you requested. This information is used for the technical operation and security of the website.
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (see Analytics (Google Analytics 4) below). If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. Apart from the analytics you have agreed to, and the optional embedded media players described under “Embedded Media Players” below — which load, and may set their own cookies, only if you actively choose to start them — we do not run advertising tools and do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above only for the following purposes:
- To respond to and follow up on inquiries you send us through the contact form;
- To operate, maintain, and secure this website, including diagnosing technical problems and protecting against misuse;
- With your consent, to understand in aggregate how this website is used (analytics) — for example how many people visit, which pages are most viewed, and which sources referred them — so we can improve the site.
Cookies and Tracking
This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies only after you agree through our cookie consent banner. When you first visit, the banner lets you accept or decline analytics with equal prominence; if you decline (or ignore it), no analytics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings button. Aside from the analytics you have agreed to, the only other technologies are the optional embedded media players you must actively start (next section).
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web-analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). We use GA4 only to understand, in aggregate, how our website is used — for example how many people visit, which pages are most viewed, and which sources referred them — so we can improve the site. We do not use it for advertising, and we have disabled Google Signals and any linking to advertising products.
GA4 is consent-based. It loads only after you actively agree through our cookie banner. If you decline or do not respond, GA4 is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no analytics data is collected. When you consent, GA4 sets the cookies listed in the table below and processes information such as the pages you view, approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not log or store in GA4; your IP address may still appear in the separate hosting server logs described above, which serve a different, security-related purpose), device and browser type, and referral source. We have configured GA4 so that IP addresses are not retained.
Google processes this data as our processor/service provider under Google’s data processing terms. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension / UK–US Data Bridge); where data about EU/UK visitors is transferred to the United States, that transfer relies on the Data Privacy Framework and, as an additional safeguard, Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings button. Doing so stops any further analytics collection, prevents Google Analytics from loading again in your browser, and deletes the _ga and _ga_E1KDF28WHM analytics cookies from your browser.

Cookies and Local Storage We Use
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Storage / Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| nleg_consent | NLEG (first-party, localStorage) | Stores your cookie choices so we don’t ask again | Until you change it, max. 12 months | Essential |
| _ga | Google (GA4) | Distinguishes individual visitors (client ID) | Up to 2 years (set only after consent) | Analytics — consent |
| _ga_E1KDF28WHM | Google (GA4) | Persists session state for GA4 (the suffix is our GA4 property identifier) | Up to 2 years (set only after consent) | Analytics — consent |
No analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set unless and until you consent. Declining analytics, or ignoring the banner, means only the essential first-party consent record (nleg_consent) is stored, which simply remembers your choice. The durations shown above are maximum lifetimes; if you withdraw consent earlier, the _ga and _ga_E1KDF28WHM cookies are deleted from your browser at that time. (nleg_consent is stored in your browser’s first-party localStorage, not as an HTTP cookie.)
Web fonts on this site are loaded through Bunny Fonts, a privacy-friendly, EU-based font delivery service. No font data is sent to Google Fonts.
We do not currently use Google reCAPTCHA on this website. If we add reCAPTCHA or any other third-party service in the future, Google’s reCAPTCHA terms and privacy practices would apply at that time, and we will update this Policy accordingly.
Embedded Media Players (HOT 97 live radio and Spotify)
Our “Tune In” section offers two optional, embedded audio players: a live-radio player that streams HOT 97 through the StreamTheWorld platform (operated by Triton Digital, a U.S. company that is part of iHeartMedia, Inc.) and a music-playlist player provided by Spotify (operated by Spotify AB, Sweden, which uses infrastructure that may be located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States).
These players use a click-to-load design. Nothing from Triton Digital (StreamTheWorld) or Spotify is loaded when you open the page, and no data is sent to either provider unless you act. A player loads only after you click its “load” button (for example, “Listen live” or “Play the playlist”).
Once you click to load a player, your browser connects directly to Triton Digital’s StreamTheWorld servers (streamtheworld.com) or to Spotify in order to deliver the player. To do so, it transmits to that provider your IP address, your browser and device information (user agent), your language settings, and the address of the page you are on (referrer). The provider may also set cookies or use similar storage in your browser on its own domain, and may process this data in the United States. We do not control and do not receive this data; it is governed by the provider’s own privacy policy:
- Triton Digital (StreamTheWorld), part of iHeartMedia, Inc. — https://tritondigital.com/privacy-policies
- Spotify AB — https://www.spotify.com/legal/privacy-policy/
Triton Digital and Spotify act as independent controllers for the data they receive through their players; they are not our service providers and do not process that data on our behalf.
How to avoid it: If you do not want any data sent to these providers, simply do not click the player buttons. You can read the page and use the rest of the site without loading them. If you have started a player, you can stop it and disconnect it at any time using the player’s close button.
If the GDPR applies to you (visitors in the EU/EEA/UK): we load these players only on the basis of your consent, which you give by clicking the load button (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 25(1) TTDSG for the storing of, and access to, information on your device). Loading a player results in a transfer of your IP address and device data to Triton Digital / iHeartMedia (USA) and/or Spotify, which may process it outside the EEA, including in the United States; we have no contractual control over their further processing, and the lawfulness of that transfer depends on the provider’s own safeguards. You can withhold consent simply by not loading a player, and you can withdraw it at any time by closing the player; you never have to load a player to use the rest of this website.
If we introduce other cookies, analytics, or tracking in the future, we will update this Policy to describe those practices before they take effect.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We rely on a limited number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Our web hosting provider, which operates the servers that deliver this website and maintains the access logs described above;
- Our email/SMTP service provider, which is used to deliver the messages submitted through the contact form to us;
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), which processes website-usage analytics on our behalf as our processor/service provider, and only with your consent. Google Signals and advertising features are disabled.
Separately, if you choose to load an embedded media player (see “Embedded Media Players” above), your browser connects directly to Triton Digital (StreamTheWorld) or Spotify and transmits the data described in that section. These providers are independent controllers of the data they receive through their players; they are not our service providers and do not act on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Third-Party Links
This website may link to other websites, including our sister product website at nextlevel-energydrink.com. Those websites are operated independently and have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to any third-party website, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.
Data Retention
We retain the messages and contact details you submit through the contact form only for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your inquiry, and as otherwise required by law. Server access logs are retained for the period applied by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent) is retained for up to 14 months and is then automatically deleted.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we handle against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Categories of Personal Information
The categories of personal information we collect through this website are identifiers and similar information you submit through the contact form (such as your name and email address), the optional company name you provide, the contents of your message, and the technical access data described above (such as IP address and user agent). In addition, if you consent to analytics, we collect internet or other electronic network activity information through Google Analytics 4 (such as the pages you view, how you reached the site, and aggregate device/browser information). We collect this information directly from you, automatically through our hosting provider (access logs), or — for analytics, only with your consent — through Google Analytics 4. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website. Other than the optional, user-initiated embedded media players described above, we have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months. Website-usage analytics collected through Google Analytics 4 is processed by Google as our service provider/processor and is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:
- The right to know and access the personal information we have collected about you;
- The right to request deletion of your personal information;
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. The only disclosure that could be considered a “share” is the optional, user-initiated loading of an embedded media player, which you control directly by choosing whether to start it. Analytics through Google Analytics 4 is processed by Google as our service provider on our instructions, is set only with your consent, and is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will verify your request to the extent required by law before responding.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only disclosure that could be considered a “share” under California law is the optional embedded media players, which load only if you choose to start them. You can exercise your choice directly by not loading those players. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 is processed by Google as our service provider/processor on our documented instructions; it is set only with your consent, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Signals and advertising features are disabled.
Other U.S. States
Residents of other U.S. states may have similar privacy rights under applicable state law. To exercise any available right, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
International Users (EU/UK)
This website is operated from the United States but is accessible internationally. If you access this website from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR, including rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where we process such data, we do so to respond to your inquiry and to operate and secure this website. If you consent to analytics, your data is also processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension / UK–US Data Bridge), and that transfer relies on the Data Privacy Framework and, as an additional safeguard, Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time using the cookie settings button; doing so stops further collection and deletes the _ga and _ga_E1KDF28WHM cookies from your browser. If you choose to load an embedded media player, your IP address and device data are transmitted to Triton Digital / iHeartMedia (USA) and/or Spotify and may be processed outside the EEA or UK, including in the United States; we load those players only with your consent, which you give by clicking the load button, and you can avoid or withdraw it by not loading, or by closing, a player. To exercise your rights, please contact us at info@nextlevelenergygroup.com.
Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle information.
